We have always prided ourselves on customer service and, over the last year, we have also worked very hard to create a user friendly and attractive website for our customers – we’re delighted that our efforts have been recognised.
The eDigitalResearch study is conducted using a mystery shopping panel who had to use their own computers and internet connections to gage how most consumers would use the website instead of the using laboratory type conditions which may give an unfair evaluation. This allows not only a ‘real’ experience, but also an excellent way to check a websites usability and functionality for people booking online across the country.
With SeaFrance operating up to 15 Dover to Calais ferry crossing a day, it’s easy to see why they are not only one of the busiest, but also one of the quickest ways to get to France from the UK.
